Departments

Senior Services
Our Senior Services Department is designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of senior citizens in Iroquois County. We offer support for individuals by assessing their health needs, creating a plan of care, and implementing resources to improve their quality of life.

Community Health
Our Community Health Department offers education which emphasizes health concerns appropriate to the age of the audience. Classes are offered to local businesses, school staff, and anyone interested in learning a new skill. These skills can be lifesaving and are highly encouraged. These classes include CPR Training, SafeSitter ® Courses, and Narcan Training.

Administration
Our Administration Department is responsible for all of our accounting procedures, staffing needs, and grant revenue securement. Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of each department within our organization. We are here to ensure compliance with company policies as well as county, state, and federal legislation.

Emergency Management
Public Health Emergency Preparedness works in tandem with the Iroquois County Emergency Management Agency. PHEP and EMA officials provide support to all residents who may be in immediate danger. The Iroquois County Public Health Department is charged with providing the citizens of Iroquois County with a plan to any overt threat whether natural or man-made.
